Hello, I live in the condos at 14 York St. and my husband just sold his vehicle, so we are no longer in need of this spot. The waitlist for parking spots is very long, so I want to have the spot in case we get another vehicle down the road.

I've been parking my Ferrari here for the past 5 years with no security issues, scratches, dents etc. It is very safe as they have 24/7 security.

Located minutes from popular attractions such as the Scotiabank Arena, CN Tower, and Union Station.

The gate to this garage is controlled by automatic license plate recognition. There are no fobs. I just would need to "update" the plate on file to yours so that you can enter.

Minimum 1 month rental, preferably more.
